I caught this little sweetie last night...




this is my biggest bow ever caught at night...
(the net is 21in long and 8 1/2in wide)... just for referrance....

Oh, that's spectacular! It's hard to imagine the scale of such a fish. Beautiful.

What are the details of the catch? Streamers at night? I'm not sure if rainbows are night-time predatory fish like browns. Thanks again.

Leonard, that is AMAZING! What a fantastic beast! I got hooked on night f-fishing last week when I fished the Farmington with Aaron and Tony. I had the time of my life. This beast of a rainbow is putting mine to shame. . .the girth is unbelievable.

ok guys... heres the report..

I hit the water about 9pm...
started with a sculpin.. caught a few..

went down stream and fished a glow in the dark indicator with a scud/scud dropper.. caught a few...

well I was about ready to head home and went up stream for 1 more try...

I have started tying a fly I call the PMS = Pine (squirrel) Marabou Streamer..
3 cast later.. I landed her!!


The PMS is a fly Ive been catching 20+ in browns on since late June.. Its been Very effective...
