HRO Christmas Party 12/8/07

We are having our annual Housatonic River Outfitters Christmas Party this Saturday, December 8th from noon 'till 5PM. There will be free food & drink, as well as door prizes- $100 store gift certificate, wine, etc. All are welcome to attend. Stop by and say hello- myself, Torrey (aka "Nymphmeister) & Harold ("HRO") will both be there. Hope to see a bunch of you at the party.

Yeah... I will be there as well. Send your wives or girlfriends in to get you your presents for the holidays. We will make sure they pick out something that you will like!!! ;D Don't let them give money to the big stores like Cabelas. Take care of your local fly shop. When they are gone is Cabelas or the mail order place going to give you good current information about the waters that you are going to fish? Think about that when you are trying to save 5 dollars on a fly rod. I never learned how to tie flies, make knots or even made friends from an online store.

I wish I could go but Aaron didn't tell me about the party until three days ago. Make sure to share all the good stuff going on here with the other partygoers. Hope to see you guys soon though!

The Christmas party was a success. Thanks you to the many TPO members that showed up today, it was great to see & talk with you, and thanks for supporting your local fly shop.
