How are the site changes coming ? Do you guys have a set time on when the new changes will take affect ?

They are coming. You have to remember that Justin does this out of the goodness of his heart. No money is made through TPO. I know that he is inching closer. It's harder than he thought it would be. He works two jobs and when he has time he works on TPO.

You know, I for one cannot sufficiently express my personal thanks and admiration for Justin's work. As Aaron has mentioned, Justin works two jobs and then spends his remaining "free" time futzing around and fixing up this site for us. Working on these internet forums is a first class PITA to begin with, but when they get "sick" it multiplies logarithmically (worse than worse.) Mebbe we ought to invent a killer flye and call it the "Justin", or send him to Wyoming for a great fly fishing holiday (I'd take the Wyoming trip Justin ) If I were you. As someone who works in a software company and is often called upon to fix peoples stuff on my time, I can feel Justin's pain, especially when trying to get some free time for yourself. If you need someone to test things out let me know as I will gladly help.
