H Dot,
I'm right down the road from you in P-Burg. We need to hook up and spank some of the local trout populations.

Hey Everyone,
Looking to sell the Regal Medallion C-clamp *RCR-4*, with standard jaws that I purchased from Shannon's about 4 months ago. I have tied about a 100 flies or so with it, enough where I really need a vise with midge jaws.
Purchased it for the retail value at 165, looking for 125 OBO. Looking to sell in near future for other fly fishing upgrades.
Will also throw in the after market bobbin cradle i purchased for it, $15 value. I'll throw in a Renzetti Tool Caddy as well, new in great condition. *already got blueprints for a desk/wooden caddy's.
podobed45@hotmail.com is the email, or send me a private message.
Willing to meet if local here in Jersey. I live in Washington, NJ near muskie, pequest, delaware, lopat, etc etc

When they come to conficate your gun, LET THEM HAVE IT...........Then reload.
Hey Chris,
Sounds like fun to me. Ill throw you my number in a pm
still looking to unload this vise. Great vise, just doesn't suit the style of flies i tie
How small can you go with the standard jaws?

i believe their site says 22, but i've gone 24's without any difficulty. I dont tie below that so I'm not 100% positive what you can tie down to.
I don't get the whole midge jaws thing. I can tie 26s just fine on the regular jaws of my Dyna King vise. It's still relatively new, so maybe that's why and once it gets more worn out then I may need to. Now I know you can't get away with that on some of the cheaper vises, but yeah I haven't had the need to go out and purchase smaller jaws for the smaller hooks.

ive never tied 26s, 28s, or 30s so im not sure. i think it isnt a matter of them not fitting into the jaws and being held, but the hook being bent under the pressure. not exactly sure myself though
yah on my old old vise thats exactly it because they would hold the small hooks firmly and it would fit but the hooks would break and bend due to the pressure even though i never could go down to anything lower then 22 because of the fat vienna sausages i call my fingers
i would also take a trade on a reel as well. just shoot me an offer.
