I just discovered that Kelly has issued a new DVD entitled "Articulated Streamers with Kelly Galloup: Tying Instruction on Crafting 4 Tandem-Hook Flies With Superior Action That Won't Ever Come Apart."
The DVD covers the construction of most typical styles of big streamers discussed in this forum, the T&A rainbow, the articulated zoo cougar, the crawl daddy and the s-dungeon. Prior experience with this DVD series has been excellent, so I am sure this is great too!
I can't think of a better big brown night time fly than the s-dungeon in black. Please consider tying some of these, and let us know about your experience.

Thanks. If I see this at the shop, I am definitely buying my own copy. Can't wait to see his construction techniques for the tandems; I have never seen too much written about this aspect of tying, even though such flies have long been popular, especially for trolling lakes in Maine. I like the bead concept as a way to keep the two hooks separated by a fixed distance, but still able to freely move.
I definitely want to get my hand son a copy as well!

I have it at the shop, call me there and I'll hold a copy for you. 860-672-1010. His new nymphing DVD is out too, "Nymphing by the Numbers".

Do you have his videos for sale? I will definitely buy a few from you.

Can you tell me which titles you have. I will pick up his streamer videos, both tying and fishing, and that nymph one sounds good too. What does the Aaron think of it?

There are 2 streamer tying DVD's, "Streamers Flies 4 Trophy Trout", and "Articulated Streamers", and the technique one is "Streamer Fishing for Trophy Trout". They are all excellent, I think the only one Aaron saw was the Streamer fishing one & he liked it- I think it's better than the book in some ways, it's more wading oriented, whereas the book is more geared toward fishing from a boat. It also has some newer stuff not in the book. The book is great too though, and any fisher of streamers should definitely have it in their library.
