I have a 3,5 and 8wt.
Cabelas three forks 7'6'' 3wt
Loon light touch 10' 4wt
Bass Pro Shop 7'6'' 5wt
TFO pro 8'6'' 5wt
TFO pro 9'6'' 5wt
TFO sig. 9' 8wt.
All pretty cheap rods but I like all of them except for the bass pro shop rod.
when my brother was first getting into flyfishing he had a cabelas three forks 7'6" 3wt, cheap but it still works today after being to hell and back. Just remember that you don't need a sage or a winston to catch fish, they're just bonuses in my opinion.

I have been fly fishing for a long time. So my rod collection reflects the changing technology. I have bamboo rods from the 50's ,fiberglass rods , boron and graphite. I have the 15th boron rod made by Don Phillips who I think was a United technologies engineer who was one of the first people to use boron ( I am not sure about that). Now I am hooked on Euro -nymphing so I have a ten foot TFO. PS - For close and medium range Dry fly fishing I prefer bamboo.
I just recently got into Euro-nymphing also and really like it but I still love the feel of bamboo more than anything. There's just something about it.

I have glass, grass & graphite. From 2 wts to 10 wts, two piece to seven piece fly rods. my collection include two switch rods as well. all toll over twenty fly rods.
I have been paring down my collection.
7 foot 3 weight for small streams
9 foot TFO Pro 5 weight...FOR SALE if anyone is interested...I think I have a total of 5 days with this rod.
10 foot Greys Streamflex...I have the 3 weight
9 foot TFO Pro 8 weight...salmon and steel rod
I also have a 9 foot Fiberglass rod I built about 20 years ago...took it out this fall and really liked it...putting it back into my regular use.
I have my eyes on a bamboo rod....looking for one this winter.
Anyone interested in the TFO it is flawless with the factory rod sock. Make a reasonable offer and it is yours.
I've been building my own rods for about 15 years or so, but they usually end up getting gifted or sold. The rods I've managed to hang on to:
8'6" 2 wt,
10' 4 wt,
9' 6 wt, (under construction)
9' 8 wt,
9' 10 wt
not to mention a few surf rods, boat poles, and a shimano freshwater spinning rod that I have in case my wife ever decides to wet a line.
