Opening Day Fluke!

I know it isn't trout or necessarily fly fishing (it can be), but is anyone getting ready for the wave of doormats, I hear it's going to be a great year.
Not to mention the stripers and slammer blues are in too! ;D
When the stripers are in full swing and the weather gets warm, it means the swimming rugs are in and time to start tyin' them bucktails. So anyone planning on heading out?

Big fluke? It was hard to get a keeper last year.

Yeah there were some big Fluke last year, the big fish were there at the beginning of the season but didn't arrive in full force until July. Also, keeper were hard to come by last year because of the increased size limit from 16" to 18" and a shorter season. But this year is looking up since all of last years shorts are going to be legal this year. ;D
But isn't Block Island NY waters? If it is, getting a keeper is alot tougher with the 21" size limit. Is Block Island where you normally go or do you also fish places in NJ like the Atlantic Highlands and Belmar?
