lets keep that a secret from harold. i am sure he would not want anyone to find out.... or any fly shop owner ;D ;D thanks for the heads up.
Just a little heads up for y'all... If you're a member of Netflix, you can get both the Kelly Galloup DVD's: the one on fishing for trophy trout, and the one where he ties his patterns for said fishies. It's better than forking over the 30$ or so for the budget-minded. They take a little longer to arrive since it's not as available.
I did watch the fishing one and learned tons, especially about where big trout hang out when they don't have the evening feed bags strapped on.

yeah, I thought about that, but there are a lot of folks on this website that are out of the area that wouldn't normally shop there.

I haven't seen the Galloup videos, but think I'd like to watch the tying video.
I used to get a lot of tying videos at a local library. I was surprised that they had them, and it seemed like i was the only person borrowing them.

Search YouTube for Kelly Galloup; the first search item is Kelly at the bench tying our favorite yellow streamer. The DVDs are still worth watching and go through the tying process in much greater detail.
I was just going through some of the old topics, I've had Netflix for years but never thought to look for fly fishing/tying dvds there, I didn't think they carried that sort of thing. Kelly's DVDs just moved to the top of my queue. This is an old topic, but I figured I'd bump it up for other new TPO members to view.
