Well I had couple rods that I'll never use any more so I took them into a local Fly Shop for their trade in program. Plus the owner allowed a friend who works there to give me his employee discount on a Regal Revolution plus no Sales Tax, because he said I was his brother.

So I am now the proud owner Regal Revolution! I'm feeling spoiled! As good as this thing spins I think I might even be able to figure how to do some of the things with it that can be done on the Nor Vice with it.

I also bought a bunch of tying materials and some tools and didn't have to pay sales tax on them either.

Is anyone here familiar with the Hook & Hackle Choice Saddles and Capes and/or their Half Necks?

I've read elsewhere that their Premium Saddles and Capes are top Notch, but I for now I'd like to simple try the Choice or even Half Necks to save a little money as I have spent quite a bit so far this month and I am still planning on buying a couple rod blanks and components.
