Fished Tulpehocken Sat and Sun from about 3-7. Fished Water Authority, Rebers and Pallisades. Fishing was better Sat. Caught fish on many different nymphs and soft hackles. Mostly rainbows, the largest fish was a 16in Brown which took a ..... woolly bugger. Suckers were knockin' boots all over the place. I tried fishing sucker spawn and eggs behind them to no avail. I guess I don't have the right technique for that.

I was in Sun from 3-6PM near Rebers Bridge area. Did pretty well. Did not use very much weight on the nymphs. I did manage to hook a 18" sucker (I know, eewwwwe!) but still pretty cool. And landed 2 browns, both hatchery fish.

Rocko, are you from the Reading, Berks Co area?

About the sucker spawn, if people have been hammering the fish on spawn patterns they can be just as fussy with that as they do with dry flies. Chances are the fish there have all been caught on sucker spawn multiple times. Also, the other possibility could be that they are fresh stockers and do not realize that sucker spawn is a food source yet.

I'm thinking the latter for the sucker spawn. I couldn't see any trout sitting behind them and saw no one fishing that style.
