Reply With QuoteCDC and Snowshoe hair ...I would use both...Cdc under the snowshoe hair...and ...use some hackle and...maybe some cdc dubbing...use a fair amount of frogs fanny to float it...it should float like a cork!

Has anyone found a good synthetic wing for caddis pattern?
Looking for alternative to elk hair for caddis that will float well for dry-dropper pattern
