This isnt a railroad. Its one guy, Jstin Masimo. One guy with a full time job, a newly wed whose plate is about as full as it gets. So please be extra patient and abide by your mantra, praise in public and bitch in private. Hes doing the best he can. You will get it but not any sooner by whinning on the forum.

I'll say two things.

1. Justin does his very best to make sure the dvd's get out as soon as possible. I've never had an issue, and I've purchased several items from the TPO store including the dvds.

2. I know it isn't good business to tell paying customers to stop whining, even though you may want to. Have a sense of customer service.

That's not going to get you anywhere. I know Justin and that's not the way to deal with him. Trying to shame someone only makes them defensive, and no one likes to be in that position.

Last year we had one nut job and he harassed us till we ended up sending him 3 DVDs. He got them all and told Justin that he would send them back. He never did. So that's why we let you wait. If he says they went out they did.

Coming on here and trying to make him look bad doesen't help you one bit. For all I know you can be the same guy as last year, trying to steal DVDs from us since we are such a small operation.

hit streaming video and click on a video. you will need to sign in. put in anything for the name and password the first time. an error screen will come up. it will take you to wordpress where you can see the "register" function. register your info, and once you have done that go back to troutpredatorstore.com and click streaming videos, it will prompt you to sign in and then boooom!- Streaming video.

also, i'm guessing that since pre orders left that they will be taking all content down soon. you'll probably get the dvd before you can stream it all.

No the streaming video will be up till we know everyone has it. We sold a bunch to people in Europe... That's assuming that he even bought it. He threw up all those e mails, but if you notice there was no receipt... Justin and I have been through this before.

That's assuming that he did purchase it. You notice there were only e mails no receipt. If I were going to throw it in someone's face there would be a receipt in the post. Just saying' ....
