The photos are of good flies but the price of 99 cents is way too low if those were the actual flies.

Can you not have your credit card co refund your money if the seller refuses. I did this myself sometime back, all be it nothing to do with FF gear.
You have a legal right of your money return if the product is not acceptable, unless they state there is no refund or return policy.
As a matter of interest Silver can you post some pictures of the crap you got. We can let all know.

B. If not A, buy from Kelly Galloups site.

C. Most of his streamers are not weighted, and done so intentionally. He likes his streamers fished just below the surface. With the Sex Dungeon, the only added weight are the barbell eyes. You will not find added lead or lead free materials on his streamers. Pick up a copy of his video's Articulated Streamers, and Streamer Flies for Trophy Trout.

That being said, his flies are seldomly underdressed so that is definitely an issue. I would return them immediately.

Yeah I am very familiar with Galloup flies and fish them almos every outing, I didn't return them, hell i don't even know where they are anymore. The whole big deal for me was the pictures on the site were intentionally made to advertise a product that they clearly were not supplying.
