Flyweaver, Your absolutely correct. My fault. I'm up here now its not to bad. Lots of fish and not to many people. I know how sites like paflyfish can be. This is a totally different site. I guess I was being a little selfish. I am passionate about the sport and get excited to fish. I'm still young maybe I will mellow with age. Ha.

I fished it yesterday and had a ball. It was like the LL was 10 years ago. There are a ton of fish all over that stream. Great nymphing too.

Is the Old Heritage Trout Section still under catch & release rules - or something similar to NJ's YRTCA's one 15" fish rule ?

I understand you are permitted to wade now. Does anyone actually get in the water ?
That Seems strange to me ( I used to work at Lucent - right there, and be on stream fishing in 5 mins after work ).
I just haven't been there since things changed a few years ago.

I'll be heading out to fish Central and Eastern PA for a week or more starting on the 8th. I'll be hitting State College first, but may want to check out the Little Lehigh in PA.

(Lackawanna, Lackawaxan, West Branch of the Delaware are on the agenda, and the Yellow Breeches and Big Spring on the return loop are probably stopovers as well.)

Is the Little Lehigh (CRFFO) section around Emmaus worth a stop?

Go to all of the class a streams in Lehigh and Northampton counties! There's enough to keep you busy for a year. Watch out the West Branch of the Delaware is high. You need a boat now.
