My bet is still AK. It has 33000 miles of coast line. 900 miles from Juneau to to Kenai, all of which is trout latitude. Whats the number for PA?

I talked to Torrey today and he still goes with PA. We argued your case as well. Even he was thinking Alaska as well. You have to find someone who is willing to add up all of the miles of stream in each of those states and then find the streams that contain wild trout. Remember Alaska only has wild brown trout. It's too north for brown trout.

I think we need to figure this out. Alaska only has wild Browns ? I thought browns came from Germany which wouldn't make them native.

I hit pohopoco tonight , Me and my buddy got a few nice brownies. Lots of Bwo coming off, water was cold . Olives must have been 18 or smaller. We met a very nice landowner who let us fish on her property, always appreciative for that. Got caught in some thunder boomers but fished through. Going back up Saturday night.

My fault , I missed read the post, I thought it said native brown. It says wild brown.

I think AJ meant to say, wild Bows, they also have Dolly Vardens.

Was cleaning out my garage tonight, yup on a Friday night. Anyway I came across Howard Wm. Higbees map of Pennsylvania's streams. It's now hanging on the wall there was more streams in the South East than I thought.ha. I'm gonna make it a point to get thumb tacks and mark all the water I fished in Pa and make it motivate me to fish more water in this beautiful state. It's a good map, they were popular a few years back. Forgot I had it.
