    Spinner falls and flies

    If you have experienced a spinner fall recently and dont mind sharing the river and name of the fly please post it here. Ill start....March Browns Lackawanna River...Fly...#12 ..Delaware River club march brown spinner spectrumized dubbing, metz tailing fibers, grizzly hackle trimmed below shank.

    Ephemerella invaria (sulphurs) spinner fall.........Lackawanna River...Fly...#14 or 16 Del. Riv. Club. E. invaria spinner spect. dubbing, metz tailing fibers, cream hackle trimmed below shank. Rising started at 8:30 and proceeded into the dark..I left around 9:15.

    Db you got the right one there.....that formula works wherever whenever spinners are around

    Its because that's prob the best recipe....hackle spinner wings is how its done

    6/15 Farmington river above the no kill below Riverton. Sulphurs size 16-18. Size 18, cream dubbing, micro fibbet split tail, white cdc parachute with a glo yarn post for when it gets really late. Started around 8:45 very sporadic

    Lackawaxen River. Pseudocloeon size 24. Rusty brown 8/0 thread..no dubbing no tail. cream hackle or grizzly trimmed below shank. Started rising at 8 and it was all said and done in less than an hour.
