To all...Do you think creating an online survey that can be linked to the forum, filled out and submitted (aka emailed to the PAFBC) is a good idea or is this considered harassment?

It would have these questions: Have you ever fished the Lackawanna River? Would you fish the Lack River if it was a catch and release fishery? Did you know that the Lackawanna River receives cold water deposits from old mine drainages and that this sustains a healthy population of wild brown trout? Do you think rivers capable of sustaining healthy populations of wild trout should be protected? Do you think the whole river or just a section of the river should be regulated? What regulations would you like to see applied to the Entire Lackawanna river if this situation were to arise? Did you see or hear about the PAFBC electroshocking? Describe what you saw or heard and how it affected you.

Fished the Lacky midday yesterday. The water was twice the average flow. I tried a black bugger for 2 hrs through some nice riffles and slack water along the banks. I believe I missed a fish while I was testing out the sink tip fly line I bought. SKUNKED
