Hello Keith, when I was researching the rod I called Hardy in Lancaster to inquire about warranty...they said that they do them in Lancaster.
there is a replacement charge, per section?.

Out of curiosity, has anyone had warranty repair work done on their Streamflex? Is it handled in PA or is done in the UK. I broke the Tip-top off this past week, but was able to do a decent field repair and continue using the 9' 10-1/2" rod on the trip, but would like to get it back to new condition. ANy help would be appreciated.

It's handled in PA like Poudre said and I think it's $25.
Thanks for the info, guys. I'll call them Manana.

I just received my Greys 10'-3wt today. I must admit that I am very impressed with the overall quality of the rod, sure there is more filler in the cork than I woul like but overall very well finished.
I also weighed it see how close it was to their stated weight of 3.38oz...mine weighed 3.3 oz.
I also just received my Loomis GLX Max Czeh Nymph rod 10'-3wt, it weighed 3.5oz, so I guess my thinking that the "premium" USA rods are lighter and use better materials is "debunked".
Can't wait to try them, I have a new Nautilus Featherweight 3 reel and everything ready to go.

You will really like that Grey's 3 wt. I love mine .Good luck with it!
