farmington river

Went up to the farmington today to hit a few pools . To see what the winter weather has done too them .First pool was the lower TMA fished it for an hour with no luck. second pool was the schoolbus and had the same luck.the third pool was church pool and saw all the people at the back of the pool so I went under the bridge with an olive woolybugger and on the second cast had a fish on and it was a fat 16 inch brown . Glad I stoped in and gave it a go

thanks for the report. sometimes that last stop of the day never fails to disappoint ;D i have had many a day where i didnt want to fish anymore just to go back at it and get some. good move. a sixteen incher beats a no incher anyday ;D
