Any young guys/girls got a streamflex

anyone got the 10ft 3wt streamflex
Ill use it mainly for czech and french nymphing but also for dry fly on a little 15 yard wide river.
I find longer rods a joy to use even on small brooks.
Just wondering if anyone uses it for the same applications ?
    Thanks.

    Welcome Nathan...

That rod would work quite well on the small streams as you mentioned. The only thing that I might consider is how frequently you are going to nymph versus dry fly. If you are going to nymph more than dry fly fish, it's perfect. If I wanted a rod to primarily fish dries with and nymph with on occasion, then I would want a nine and a half footer. The only dilema would be that there are no 3 weights in that configuration this I can think of, especially at around the 300 dollar mark.

I have the 10 footer in the 3 weight. For the money...hard to beat. Very hard to beat. I think the marksman but not at that price. The 10 foot tfo 5 weight is a really good choice as well. Frankly I think it is more versatile than the 3 weight greys...

I got one, really cool rod fish dries, nymphs, and some light streamers on it. Best bang for you buck I think.
