Indeed, a very high caliber post all be it a bit late. That is one impressive lineup of cameras you have there. I'm quite jealous. I've been considering stepping up to a digital SLR for quite some time now. Or restepping - I had a CanonRebel before, but hocked it for other toys. Do you have any experience with the D40s?

snow shoe is a great floater ,they use it on ausable flys up in those parts ,you guys might want to take a look at that fly and turn it into a hendrickson ,with a snow shoe wing
