Farmington River 3/24

What an awesome day!!! i took john out today and we landed 7 trout. they were a mix of rainbows and browns the trout were all nice and healthy. nothing too big like nymphmeister got on monday but trout up to 18 inches. trout were caught on cased caddis and sucker spawn. i didnt think we were going to go very well when we got on the river but i was not disappointed!!!

Beautiful pictures, sounds like an excellent day. It's good to know that things are getting good. I didn't go, but I heard some of the TMA was crowded worse than Opening Day. I am guessing that you walked some distance to get to that spot. Thank you for your efforts in posting the pictures.
