I would like a minimum word limit on posts to attempt to ensure that everyone who posts something posts something worth reading.

Change your account profile settings (look and layout) to omit viewing user's avatars and signatures. This change will allow you to see more on one page.

Rego, don't know what to tell you, get a bigger monitor? Mine is fifteen inches and everything fits fine. Something is screwed up???

    Re: New Design

You asked for opinions, so here's a few thoughtful ones:

    • I like the aggressive connotation, as this perfectly portrays a predator seeking a meal, or in our case, some good sport. Joe Humphreys' stance while fishing is the meaning of aggressive, knees slightly bent, facing the fish and so on.
    • I also like the fact that the "subversive" tone connotes a revolution in fishing success, but I don't think you are referring to its meaning of covert conduct - we have nothing to hide, only to teach. Of course it's ok to keep specific locations or flies a secret.
    • I like the big Farmington brown at the top and the quote on the bottom. I am glad to know that the day Aaron caught that fish, I delivered the traffic reports to him, and tied my spinners for the first fly swap.
    • My only small complaint is that some of the highlighted words that appear (user names) are in blue and they lack the contrast to read against the black and gray.

I understand there are theme limitations, so no theme will ever be perfect. Thank you for your hard work on behalf of our TPO community.

Thanks alain for all the kind words. Did you get my email? I will work on the blue thing. I'm not sure there is much I can do but I'll read through the php and see if i can find the code for it.

    JUICE:

The sign is on the way (shipped to my address), 3ft x 3ft in black vinyl with the black TPO logo you sent. I hope it arrives in time for the expo!

Don't worry about the blue in the forum, it's such a minor detail.

Awesome! Did you talk to them about the file size? Was the quality sufficient enough to make a big banner like that? I hope it doesn't come out blurry.

YOU ROCK! Was it expensive? Aaron and I will gladly pay you back. We appreciate all you have already done, your generosity with time and resources is unmatched.

    Re: New Design

is there a way i can change my view of the forum so it isnt white on black? I know I'm opening myself up to attack here, but my neurologist told me that looking at this can trigger my migraines. Its cool looking and I don't want to ruin it for everyone, so just wondering if there is a way for me to change the way I view the forum.
