Rich, Last time I was on the Cape, same spot, the seals were sipping those small olives and I managed to catch pod of them cruising the shallows. I punched out a 90' cast with an arial mend and stuck a giant hooked-jaw seal on a # 24 emerger. What a fight, It ran all the way to the dam Vinyard. Once the rising stopped, I nymphed a few of the seals in the rips. The key to this is a small bouy for a strike indicator and a tandem rig of "Torrey's improved fox squirrel nymphs".What a thrill!!!
