Weather high teens.. (18 degrees)
wind chill (14 degrees)

not really sure of the size.. If I was to guess Id say she was pushing a solid 27-30inches..
weight... 15lbs if not more..

Ive never seen them much after mid Dec..

from what ive seen this year and last year... Id say the very best time would be last week of Oct-through mid Nov..
