Re: What type of nymph rig are you using?

thats a "bounce rig" he is talking about. i have used it quite a bit in the past before i started with the euro stuff. actually it is a really effective rig because like he said the weight will be the thing getting hung up and breaking off because of the overhand knot(purposefully weak). I have never met anyone except one guy here in colorado that has used it. The strike detection is better than typical indicator methods because there is no weight between the fly and indicator impeding the movement of the leader when a fish hits...think about it...it hasnt been looked at all that much but...it is simple and effective.

European нимфинг rulez))). To me not so to liking technics of Czechs, but I am compelled to recognize that she very effective.
And I am sometimes compelled to use her))))
In this case I use one or two ringlets tiny for attachment of my nymphs to the basic scaffold.
Czechs as sell tiny rollers for twisting prevention which certainly very convenient, but it seems to me they a bit expensive.

    Hi Aron!
I use the Czech style and sometimes French when I happen on trout fishing in Carpathians Mountains.
We in the country had seminars from Czechs of Miroslav Mahachek and Jaromir Karafiat owners of Hends and world champions on catching of a trout on a fly.
As he is very extended in our region Carpathians. 90 % catching on a fly, catch these styles. They so extended what even one of firms of manufacturers let out specially for firm Hends a ruler of fishing-rods the Czech style
I am compelled to recognize that these methods very effective and I have them in my arsenal, but they not always are pleasant to me because of that that practically isn't present cast classical))) and they are tiresome a little all time lifted and an outstretched arm)))

Simply I in a year spend 4 months on Kola peninsula and there I don't have a necessity to catch a trout the European styles.

At us at forums constantly argue Czech nymphs it is flyfishing or no))).
Is both devoted fans and opponents)))
I hold the opinion that everyone should know and have these styles in the arsenal catching on a fly. And already where and when to apply, solve depending on conditions and preferences.
Superfluous abilities never happen superfluous)))) What for to do narrow horizons?
