Euro leader set up?

Okay, so Im new to this Euro stuff. I have read about it and seen different rigs by other anglers.Mostly I have seen a long section of Flourocarbon ie. Stren, with or without indicators, and a section of Flouro tippet of choice tied with a surgeons knot tagged with a small nymph anchored by a heavier Caddis/PT/Egg/ and so on.
BUT, I would like to hear from someone who has a setup that has been ultimately successful and with simple instructions. Although flyfishing as a whole has an evergrowing learning curve and that experimentation is the only way to find what works best for yourself, reference is what I learn by. Kinesthetically (hands on) is my main approach, so try to keep it simple for me (I have ADD ) because I can imagine there will be a few longwinded folks out there ;D. (I am one of them sometimes)

You really should get Aarons DVD. It will get you going on these techniques quickly. I'll just say that it's generally 2twice the rod length.

I'm not competent or confidant enough to give you lessons in anything.

But Aaron published and article in the Winter edition of Fly Tyer Magazine, Euro-Nymphing Demystified. It will get you started in the right direction.

Also, Gary Borger's article, Some Leaders for Trout, is very informative and helpful. It is sort of the Gold Standard in leader building:
