Nice ones Tom
Sweet fish, way to start off the new year.
"His box of flies looks like a truck hit the Muppet band."
Very nice! She fished well for me on the last day of the year as well. That last one looks to be about 23-24in. Any idea?
Man that is one big fish, great job!
Thanks guys, Sorry I didnt write to much. I really was out of it. E guy yeah I would say 23 24 would be dead on. (The net opening is 20in) I wish I got a picture of the other one though, it was smaller by a few inches but it was for sure the largest female I ever caught and she had some girth to her.. Even though I was alone, and it was cold and cloudy I had a good day..
Sorry about the pictures, its very hard taking then by yourself..(maybe its just me) If anyone has tips on taking pictures post them.
Tom is "very dangerous " with those nymphs!
Great job! What a spectacular fish. I got the text while I was at work. It was very upsetting to say the leastI wish that I were there to get him some nice photos. He deserves it. He fishes a lot and is reaping the rewards of constant practice...
Sweet fish. Great job. I have a ton of tips for taking pictures by yourself, if you're interested, shoot me a pm.
That's always the way it goes. I did'nt have my net replacement yet on my last trip and said " eh'....I probably won't need it". Of course ended up really needing it. It's like They Know..............
Chris you should post your tips. Could help a more than a few of us I'm shure.
Well, I'm not saying I'm some sort of photography guru, or anything like that. I do feel like I capture a few great shots from time to time. The biggest issue with boring photos is angle. Maybe I'll make another post when I have some time.
