    Simms is disappointing me.

    Bought a pair of Simms G3 boots about a year ago to date, and until about a month ago I had no complaints. The felt sole came off one of my boots while I was fishing for no apparent reason.

    When fishing slowed down I planned to send them in. Now the felt sole is coming off the other boot, so I called Simms to see what they can do.

    I sent them in today, but they said its a 2 week turnaround. That's 2 weeks of fishing I can't partake in, because they are the only boots I have here in Colorado.

    I asked them about maybe crediting me so I could switch to the Vibram soled boots, but they said probably not.

    Just disappointed... If anyone has any Simms contacts and could maybe help, please let me know.

As Director of Marketing & Product Merchandising, she oversees Simms' product design and development as well as global marketing and brand management. Previously, Diane held the role of Director of Marketing & Customer Service at Simms. Before joining Simms, she worked with Life-Life International, Simms' former parent company, in Jackson, WY. Diane currently serves on the board of directors for the American Fly Fishing Trade Association. She has a BA in marketing from Western State College. She, her husband, Bruce, and their son regularly enjoy the various outdoor pursuits that Montana has to offer.
