Bought a pair of Simms G3 boots about a year ago to date, and until about a month ago I had no complaints. The felt sole came off one of my boots while I was fishing for no apparent reason.
When fishing slowed down I planned to send them in. Now the felt sole is coming off the other boot, so I called Simms to see what they can do.
I sent them in today, but they said its a 2 week turnaround. That's 2 weeks of fishing I can't partake in, because they are the only boots I have here in Colorado.
I asked them about maybe crediting me so I could switch to the Vibram soled boots, but they said probably not.
Just disappointed... If anyone has any Simms contacts and could maybe help, please let me know.
