I second that. I own a Gallatin.
The net just looks awesome anyways.
i just got mine last week. what a great net. the new rubber bag is super light and you cant snag hooks in the net!!! i purchased the cutthroat float tube but i know that they also make it in the gallatin catch and release net with the same rubber bag on it. i wish thy would make this bag for their bigger nets as well. here check out thier website... lots of really nice nets and they use the best wood as well.

one more nod too brodin.
i've used a brook trout net for years, a fine instrument.
yeah they do make the nicest nets. the wood is incredible and they are very light! you can find a net to suit any type of trout or steelhead fishing. i won't use anyone else's nets. there have been a few companies that have tried to compete but they can't. they are a small company and great to deal with too! i have four right now! if you havent seen the nets yet go to your local fly shop to see if they carry it. when you hold the net you will appreciate the workmanship that goes into each net.
Aaron you beat me to the punch. I think we have the same one. Cutthroat Pro float tube Ghost. What a net. Smooth to the touch. Nice and lightweight. Beautiful look to it. The Ghost Net is sweet. Disappears in the water. Nice lightweight rubber so it doesn't weigh you down. Bar none, the sweetest net I have ever owned. A++++++++++++++++++++++ ;D

Perfect thread that I was looking for. Predator, can you recommend a good Brodin net for a multitude of fishing conditions/types? Is your large one the Pere Marquette?

Aaron...
I may need a bigger net..LOL..
do you guy these through the shop?
(which Im sure you do!)
how many different sizes do there come in??
If you're dreaming, You're not fishing
The Ghost Net does not come in a very large size. For the fish that you are catching I would get the Pere Marquette. Torrey nets big steelhead and browns from the Great Lakes with his and mine has become my net of choice when I am guiding and fishing on my own. You never know when you are going to need a net that big, but when you do you will be glad you have it.
Have any of you been checking out the fisknat nets? They're all made with rubber nets. They look like very nice craftsmanship as well.
