Had a half day guide trip yesterday. By the way, Alan and Blackghost, if I knew that it was you too I would have come over to meet you guys I recognize you two from the picture in your post. Blackghost was putting a hurting on the fish ;D Glad to see you guys had a good day. My two guys spent the am nymphing. One of the guys ended up hooking a few and landing 2 fish. The other guy hooked a few and had one on but lost him. They spend a few days a year fishing and have fly fished many times. Both were from Texas and one lives here in CT. He has never fished the Farmy and has never caught trout in CT so I would say the day was a success. They were very pleased and enjoyed being out in the snow more than anything. It was like fishing in a winter wonderland. By the time I got to Hartford, it was pretty much all rain. Well, I won't be fishing this weekend so I will have to wait until the following weekend to get my first fish of 2008.
