im new to freshwater fly fishing, i started in feb and in where i live in CT you arent aloud to use two hooks until opening day (which just past), so this past weekend was the first time i used a dry fly instead of a strike indicator. anyways, i was wondering if this videos way would be a better technique to use than tying the line attached to the nymph onto the dry fly hook using a clinch knot? i just found it very difficult tying the clinch knot onto the hook.
