I felt "a little sick" this morning and decided to call in to work and let them know I wasn't coming in. Lo and behold, I felt a lot better once I hit the water with my roommate at 8:30. Fished the Blue River in town again, did alright, and there was surprisingly a lot of people on the water for a Monday... : We headed north and fished the inlet to the reservoir and upstream as well. Caught somewhere in the ballpark of 40 12 inch fish, nothing huge out of the Shale Hole. Went upstream from that and I caught this pig. I think it was SaboVT, but someone had mentioned the "20/20": catching a 20" fish or better on a size 20 hook or smaller. Here is my 20" fish of the day on a #22 Rojo midge.
