Hello,

I am new to this board so first off let me introduce myself. I live in a suberb of Buffalo, NY. I target Steelhead with my flyrod about 7- 8 monthes out of the year, and I am borderline obsessed with everything that has to do with fly-fishing, tying and fishing in general. Now that is out of they way, here is my question....

I picked up a 10 ft 8 wght Sage Fli this past fall and the rod has some good backbone to it. I want to start fishing the Lower Niagara from shore with large streamers and tube flies. The problem is that on the LN there is not a lot of room to backcast and it can be important at times to get your fly out when the water is running clear...

So I ask, does anyone know a good website that details how to perform a one-handed speay cast?

Thanks!
