Well as usual, Simms does it again. I just purchased a bunch of the Simms 3X Dry gear and I am pumped to put it to use. The Superlight zip off pants feel like your not wearing anything at all. Their Tarpon Polo is the same. Very lightweight material and very breathable. The Guide shirt is sweet. I like the cut on the shirt. It too is light but I like the cut on the shirt. I like the XL and with some brands, they are too long. This is cut is just right so if you where it tucked out, which I like to do, it doesn't look like a mini skirt. I also purchased the 3X Dry Stretch Crew. This is a sweet shirt. Ultra light, feels good on the skin, and like the superlight pants, feels like your wearing nothing. It's long sleeved and is a short mock turtleneck which gives your neck a little more protection from the sun. Of course all the gear is 30 SPF, quickdrying, and wicking. Can't wait to put the gear to work in the Bahamas next month. Plus, will get plenty of work outs in the salt and on the rivers this year. As I have said in other posts, I am a Simms fanatic. Love the gear. Once again, they have not let me down. If your in the market for some new fly fishing clothing, highly recommend all of the mentioned garments here. Tight ones!
