Hardy EWS MK2 Wading Shoe

I finally had a chance to try out my new boots today! Having tried them on in my apartment last week I already knew how light they were. They are much lighter than most Simms boots and are priced less as well. Retail is 160 for the felt sole.

The boots exceeded all of my expectations. They are very sturdy to say the least. The water drains out of the boots so that you don't feel like you are waking around with ten pounds of water in your boots. To be honest I liked them much more than my Simms G3 boots. The laces have metal tips on them so that they won't split! I didn't have to re-tie them once today, which is a first. I wasn't slipping around on rocks at all. I highly recommend this product and I know that anyone of you guys will be satisfied with them as well. So if anyone is thinking about new wasn't shoes, give these a go. They are also available in studded rubber, which is great for winter fishing. The snow does not stick to the soles!

So far so good! I fished in them yesterday and today. They are comfortable and no leaks yet!

Are you the new Hardy Rep Aaron? lol I saw a pairy of hardy boots a few weeks ago actually and the first thing that amazed me was the really light weight, I'm thinking about getting a pair since my others are completly shot.

Are you using the felt sole or the rubber?

Haha not the Hardy rep by any means. Those boots are so light like you mentioned and very comfortable to wear all day. You will like them. Where did you see them ?

I saw them at McCallisters shop, he carries a bunch of hardy/greys stuff. I'm not sure if the boots were the exact ones you used but they were hardy and were around same price you mentioned before.
