Housy 5/7/07 Monster Monday

Drifted the river today with one guy, experienced angler who has been fishing the Housy since the early 1970's.. Well we got his biggest ever Housy trout today............

River was sweet, fishing was very good. Small handful of duns, small patches of spinners here and there and a couple of caddis. 5:00 pm water temp 59 degrees. Plenty of good action on streamers and nymphs with one fish on the surface. Holdover Browns to 17 inches, stockies, 2 Brook Trout, Smallies and the Monster Monday fish:

25 inch Rainbow trout in the 8-10 pound class

Enough said, it was great!!!! ;D

Wow, that's great, I would love to see that fish! That's really heavy.

An easy way to compress a picture is with PowerPoint. Paste the picture in to a blank PowerPoint Slide, and resize it to fit the standard slide (8 by 10 inches). Select "save as" type JPEG and give the filename. The resultant file will be a highly-compressed JPEG of the original.

Jawzz, I PM'd you earlier. You can email it to me and I can do it for you. I can change the image size by pixels without compressing the colors much at all, and you'll still be above the 72 ppi resolution that works good for web photos.

Wow, that's an awesome fish Jawzz. I think I know where you got it, but PM me and lemme know. I think that's a different one than Eddie's client caught, what do you think?

Yes, it's a different fish. It didn't have the rough markings his fish had.
