Hey Aaron I was thinking about fishing the Little J today, however the flow is 498 cfs, do you know of anywhere to go, and what would be my choices for flies?

Spring Creek would be great. Cress bugs and tan caddis should work well. Also, be sure to have sulpher nymphs.
The Little J can be really good when the flows are up. This is provided that the clarity is good. So do not write that off! You can get big fish during those conditions. Is the water going up or down?

It is still raining but the flow is slowing going down.
