If ya' hunt or stalk with a camera, there are some interesting links that are included...

I have quite a few of the Aqua Design camo shirts and I like them a lot! I believe that concealment makes a huge difference in catch rates, especially on wild trout.

I will look into some of the other patterns of camo that you posted there.

    A very interesting subject matter.
no doubt that clothing that merges with the background will to some extent help to conceal your presence, however there are a 100 or more other reasons that will signal your presence to the fish, some of those include.

    Rod, reel, and line flash
The audible sound of the fly line landing and being taken off the water surface.
Water droplets hitting the water during pick up.
Compression or shock waves that move at all angles to the stream, Brown trout are very wary of this one, more so if you are wading.
Items attached to your vest that reflect light. Zippers and stuff like that, not to mention sun glasses that have highly reflective lenses, l know for a fact that there can spook fish.

Above all movement, no matter what you wear, you are not going to defeat that one.
You do not stand like a Heron when you fish.

    plnttrout,

Great point, stealth is key. The snipers don't call them guillie suits for nothing.

    tight lines

    DavyFly,

All excellent points for consideration. Stealth and not announcing ones presence , I believe, are keys to success - especially in heavily fished waters. Kudos to the MASTER!!!

And, I can't stand on one leg anymore...My daughter, Ally, swears I'm a pterodactyl...
