    *SOLD* - Clackacraft Drift Boat

    I'm finally selling my Clacka.

    2000 15' Fiberglass Low Profile
    Removable Rear Leg Brace
Two rod holders in the front. Easily removable.
Two storage compartments in front and back.
    Two side storage compartments
Rowing Seat Storage compartment (easily fits a grill, lifejacket, extra clothes, and anything else you need)
    6 cup holders
Anchor Release System with 10lb anchor
Two Oars with a little damage to one, but have worked perfectly fine the last two years
Typical wear and tear from the previous owner. Some scuff marks and a couple chips. Nothing serious or that needs fixed.

Sits 3 including captain, max is 4 persons. We usually run 4 guys comfortably and have someone stand in the front. With four guys, two can still fish and there is plenty of room/storage for 6-8+ rods and gear.

With two people you can float through any water 4"+. Three guys is about 5", 4 guys you need about 12" to steer and maneuver, but can float easily in 7"-8".

The trailer is a 2002 Adams with spare.

Both boat and trailer are registered in Pa, and can be fished immediately.

Buyer must pick up, or meet within 1 hour from my location.

    $4000 firm.

This boat is indestructable and worth the investment. I just don't use it enough anymore.

All serious inquiries can PM me for pictures.

I like it but we live way to far away and cant afford it.
My dad can make drift boats so we have a camo wooden one.
I need to save up in one year I can buy a truck and drive wherever I want. Cant wait, I will have lots of pics to show then.

    Re: Clackacraft Drift Boat

Generally when I have to jump out with 3 guys, it is about 5" (about 2"-3" above my ankle). We will be gently rubbing/gliding along the gravel. Small gravel isn't the issue with that much water, it's the bigger rocks that stick up 1"-2" above the rest. If we have those, we just get out, or else it will be like bumper cars, bouncing and spinning off rocks. The bottom flexes quite a bit as well, which helps going through the shallow stuff.

It would also depend on how much weight is in the boat, including gear and anchor(s). Centering the weight is key too. Having too much on one side, even slightly, will definitely cause the boat to ride a few inches deeper on one side, rather than when it rides level. Keeping most of the weight, or heaviest guy in the front, always helped a ton as well.

3 guys on Pine Creek and Loyalsock during trout season was never an issue. I wouldn't take 4 though.
