Best Flies for the Everglades

I plan a trip to the Everglades beginning of April. I try to figure out what kind of flies I should take. I haven't fished in slatwater before and look for something simple easy to ty and to choose the best fly.

Anyone some good suggestions?

Having never fished the Everglades I cant tell you for sure.

I can tell you that two flies that seem to work almost everywher in the salt are the Deceiver and The Clouser. They are both easy to tie.

You want some shrimp and crab patterns for the flats. Del's merkin is a go to, but take a peak at the flies sold in some of the shops down there on their online catalog.
