The east is just trying to find someone for the wings to slaughter. No one is beating them, I think it will be a rematch of last year, and the pens will push it a little farther but the goal tending won't be a match from the pens. Wings in 6!
[/quote]3-2 Your goalie got the yank after you shut it off. The refs now decided to call stuff, I kind of liked it when they let them play, the pens aren't getting away with the little stuff in this one. They will when it goes back to pittsburg though, they'll want it to go to 7 after everybody turned it off after 2 periods tonight.

Re: Stanley Cup
Well Fluery did not play well but the Pens came unglued. Datsuyk and Zetterberg show why they are 2 of the best in the league. Detroit is a very deep and experienced team with more than 2 incredible players.

Re: Stanley Cup
I'll take zetty, and dats anyday as the best two players playing together in the world. Detroit built this team with drafting and developing players, not sucking for years and getting top draft picks, they finish first allmost every year, so they really have to find players that they can take around the 30th pick each year. The penguins were built exactly opposite of that.

Re: Stanley Cup
The amazing thing is that Zetterberg and Datsyuk were picked very deep, in the 200s if I recall correctly. Rangers are my first team but always have liked Detroit as well. BTW... I do like both Malkin and Crosby... they are simply two of the best players in the league. I feel Crosby get's a bad name as Bettman has shoved him down our throats.

Re: Stanley Cup
Detroit showed why they are champions. Their experience and poise enables them to play without getting rattled, unlike the Pens who by comparison looked like a bunch of bickering kids in a scoolyard. I hope it goes to 7 games but I have a feeling I'll be shaving my beard come Wednesday morning.
