Float it with green mucilin.
You can get the same effect by cutting up old pieces of fly line, sliding them over knots in your leader and greasing them with mucilin.

If the water is shallow enough you can fish dry dropper, but if the water is deeper the slinky or old fly line pieces will be better

There is only so much info you can put into one DVD so I agree and hope he does more DVDs. We as viewers are scratching the surface of what he can show us. No secrets, everybody wins with his plain and simple delivery of the content in video format.

I think that it is all personal preference. bought or made...everyone has there own twist on things and different styles. Thats why fly fishing is so great. everyone is constantly making tweaks/changes to sighters,lines,flies...etc. There are endless possibilities to what you can come up with to find out what works best for you and the fish!

You nailed it. It's all about the further tweaking of things. You never know what we will be talking about a year from now. What works, what doesn't, how somebody set something just so.....
