Aaron also look up larva lace weave ,it is cool to ,was started back before the polish nymph weave was big here .Phil camera was one of the guys doing it first ! Green river witch ,is an awesome fly but there are no good pictures of it ,it is on the cover of his vhs . He doesnt have the technique on dvd yet ,that I know of I saw this in like 2003 .Im suprised you hadnt seen this already .The secrets out darn it ! :-[

I tied a few of these after getting the Vladi/Jack Dennis video - they're easy to tie and work great, nearly indestructible. With wire, you need a thick gauge, even on small hooks. I've also started to play with under-dubbing and teasing it out for durable scuds or only gills.
