I'll be visiting some friends in the Huntingdon area in the next 2 weeks. Is the Little J worth a trip this time a year? I've fished it mostly spring/summer but never winter.
The Little J is worth a trip any time of year. All jokes aside that is one of the best year round trout fisheries going.
Ok I guess i'll have to take a day to fish it. Last time I was on the Little J. Donnie Beaver himself yelled at me.....that man is scary.
Yeah he is just a tad off center! Try to get there bofore the rain at the end of the week. It be very should very good until then.
he can't touch you if you are in the water that guy is a waste.
What is the easiest way to get to the flyshop on the Little J? I would be driving from H-don and making a right on water street. Do I take the turnoff for 45 about a mile up the hill?
The fly shop is right across the bridge in Spruce Creek.
