I wasn't able to go fishing on saterday and it was a real bummer reading the fishing reports comming from the Housie.
BUT sunday morning I hit the river at about 7 am . I was only fishing for about 1/2 hour when I hooked & landed one of my biggest bows to date 19" and fat.
For the next 2 hours I couldnt hook another fish to save my life so I moved to a new spot that I have never fished before but it looked like realy good water. I still couldnt hook A fish so I tried streamers for awhile no luck. I saw a fisherman walk in to the river about 200 yard below me and hook up right away and now I was getting bummed out. So I switched back to egg patterns and all of the sudden it was game on and I crushed the Bows for the next 2 hours.
Every one of these fish fought hard and displayed alot af aerial acrobatics. Finaly after a couple slow weeks on the Housie I ended up with A banner day

Nice job buddy.... I am glad to see that you have your "mojo" back! Would you believe that Torrey had many reports of people getting the "skunk" this weekend??? I don't think many people from TPO had trouble catching fish. Also, that nineteen inch fish was bigger than anything my clients landed this weekend.... great job!!!! It excites me when I show people techniques and they beat the snot out of the fish!

Thanks Aaron
ya know when things are slow you start to second guess yourself. ??? I just kept telling myself there must be fish here. This is the kind of water that I now to look for and I need to keep changing up. you know indicator ,weight ect.ect. I kept wondering what I was doing wrong and going over in my head what you have taught me. I stuck to my guns and it payed off. :D
As soon as I can save the m oney I will be on that raft with you. ;D ;D

You will not be disappointed unless some act of God happens between now and the new year!
