Another project I could use some help on...

I want to make a spreadsheet with the company name, contact names, emails, and physical addresses of all these companies to do an email blast offering advertising. Sort of an announcement that it's available with an electronic media offering kit.

Then we can follow up with more personal contacts

This is a huge undertaking and I want to get it done in the next month or so.

Anyone want to take point on this and recruit a few guys from the site to do a few sections each?

This is a big project.

If you click on the link you see that it is a guide of all the contact of everyone in the industry at everything from fly shops to manufacturers.

I would like to make an excel spreadsheet and then start marketing ad space and sponsored product demos to be placed on the site.

If you want to take point on this, I would suggest you recruit a few guys from the site, assign a section or two to each, have them print out their section and then make an excel spreadsheet including the company name in one row, next row is contact name, then email address, then physical address.

I then intend to put together a digital "pitch packet" for each of them, in the same vane as the email you sent me but with much more flash and content and then blast it off to all of them. That should be free, which is awesome. I just need to get the list together, then I will take care of the rest.

OK. I will do some to see what it is all about. Then I will try to get help from the forum. My son knows how to format a spread sheet and the I will get my wife to help with data input.
