me and a buddy are thinking about going out to penns creek this weekend, have done some research on access and different locations....however i am curious about the water flow conditions since it has been a little rainy this week, and also some of the patterns you guys have been successful with? thanks
That stream will be muddy this weekend. I would go to the J, Big Fishing Creek or Spring. If you go try big dark stonefly nymphs on the edges. We are going to WV this weekend!
Fishing creek in Lamar, pa fished well yesterday, would have been very good if it wasn't so windy. Lots of midges and stoneflies coming off.
Great going! That place can be rough on the fly fishermen!
