Trout Unlimited members can forward an e-mail ( In 3minutes)
that is sent to many of the persons involved to tell the Delaware River Basin Commisson to postpone the vote on the water code until they have fully evaluated the performance of the interim FFMP and incorporated into the FFMP the lchanges required to ensure an ecologically healthy river system.
I do not know how to forward the contents of this lengthy e-mail on to the Trout Predator site.
Please read the Trout Unlimiteds E-Mail. It says it all. From my brief experience dealing with the DEC I know that they do listen and think twice before making decisions when many people are involved.

David Plummer, Friends of the Upper Delaware (607-363-2001) said that an e-mail to the DEC Commissioner Peter Grannis would help. That took about 15 minutes of my time. Refer the Commissioner to the Trout Unlimiteds online action center.
